Dr Kate Allgood
BVetMed PgCertVPS CertAVP(SAM) GPCert(DI) PgC(SADI) MRCVS.
Veterinary Surgeon and Co-Founder.Kate has 16 years of experience and is an RCVS Advanced Practitioner. A double certificate holder in Small Animal Medicine and Diagnostic Imaging, Kate has a particular interest in complex medical cases, oncology and advanced imaging in ultrasonography and radiography.
In her spare time, Kate enjoys paddle boarding on East Anglia's tranquil waterways, travelling and relaxing with friends and family.

Dr Joe Williams
BVM&S GPCertSAS MRCVS.
Veterinary Surgeon and Co-Founder.Joe brings 20 years of experience to the team. A Small Animal Surgery certificate holder, Joe is dedicated to delivering exceptional care, having previously led clinical improvement projects on a national scale across 400+ veterinary clinics in the UK. Joe leads the surgical team with a particular interest in complex surgery and orthopaedics.
Outside of work, Joe enjoys skiing, golf and family time with his wife and two young children.

Kelly Leavold
Kelly is a Registered Veterinary Nurse with 16 years of experience and a keen interest in nurse consults and cardiology. She is passionate about providing exceptional care for her patients. Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with her young family, paddle boarding, and photography. She shares her home with her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Rupert, her Maine Coon, Obi, and her DSH cat, Rex.

Catherine Woolnough
Catherine joined The Lowestoft Vet in January 2025, bringing 25 years of experience in the veterinary industry, with a special focus on pharmacy. She has a Level 2 Diploma in Veterinary Care Assistants and is also a qualified SQP for pharmacy. Catherine is committed to providing expert medication management and compassionate care for all animals. She lives with three mastiffs Arnie, Bluebell and Sherman and an elderly Italian greyhound called Roland. Her spare time is taken up caring for them all.

Keeley Rivers
In January 2025, Keeley joined The Lowestoft Vet as a first-year student veterinary nurse. Passionate about animal recovery, she focuses on the aftercare in hospital. Keeley has a special love for large breed dogs, particularly Rottweilers and proudly owns one named Lola.
